How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign Up' in the top right corner. You can register with your email or sign in with Google. It's free!
Is CardStop free to use?
Yes! CardStop is completely free. We don't charge fees on trades. Premium features may be added in the future.
What games are supported?
We currently support Pokemon TCG and Magic: The Gathering. More games are coming soon.

How do I list cards for trade?
Add cards to your collection and toggle 'For Trade' on any card you're willing to trade.
How does matching work?
When you swipe right on a card, and the owner swipes right on one of your cards, it's a match! You can then chat and arrange the trade.
Can I do local trades only?
Yes! Set your location in your profile and enable 'Local Only' in settings. You'll only see traders near you.
Stay safe while trading.
How do I know a trader is trustworthy?
Check their profile for ratings, completed trades, and account age. We recommend starting with small trades for new accounts.
What if I receive a damaged card?
Report the issue through the trade chat. Our dispute resolution team will review the case and help mediate.
How do I report a scammer?
Use the 'Report' button on their profile or in the trade chat. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
Manage your account.
How do I change my email or password?
Go to Settings > Account. You can update your email, password, and other account details there.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at [email protected] with your account email. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Each person should have one account. Multiple accounts may be banned.
