6. Trading

CardStop facilitates connections between collectors but is not a party to any trade. You understand that:

  • All trades are between users directly
  • CardStop does not guarantee any trade will be completed
  • You are responsible for verifying card authenticity
  • Shipping and meetup arrangements are between traders
  • CardStop is not liable for lost, damaged, or counterfeit cards

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant CardStop a license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform. You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you post.

8. Intellectual Property

CardStop and its original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Pokemon is a trademark of Nintendo/Creatures Inc./GAME FREAK inc. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast. We are not affiliated with these companies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers

CardStop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardStop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms
